Cancellation policy
[For course reservations] From 11pm three days prior to your visit, 60% of the course fee (per person) will be charged.
[If you only reserve a seat] A fee of 3,000 yen (per person) will be charged from 3:00 pm on the day of your visit.
Please contact us at least 3 days in advance if you wish to change or confirm any details of your reservation, such as the number of people, time, or menu.
For reservations of 10 or more people, please contact us at least 7 days in advance to change or confirm your reservation.
If you cancel within 6 days to the day before, a 60% cancellation fee will be charged.
*If you make any changes on the day of your reservation, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
[Reservation for seats only] If you do not notify us of any changes in the number of people before your arrival, we will charge 3,000 yen per person.
